Abigail is the owner's dream boat, his final design project in the Westlawn design program. The hull is cold molded construction with a core. The rest of the structure and the deck is foam cored glass. Epoxy resin is used throughout, naturally. WYD was contracted to engineer the boat, as the owner was not fully comfortable with doing the engineering. WYD provided all the structural engineering of the boat, along with providing the CAD files for cutting of the molds. WYD also provided full size mylar patterns for the main interior components.

Abigail is being beautifully built at Aquidneck Custom Composites in Bristol, Rhode Island. She is scheduled to be launched in July of 2007.
